Terms & Conditions – Luckey97 Gaming Platform

To register and use Luckey97, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luckey97 does not permit access to anyone under this age, regardless of local laws that may set a different threshold.
• You must be a natural person – that is, a real human being, not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must register only one account. A single individual may not hold more than one Luckey97 account at any time, including accounts in different names.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order on Luckey97 or any related platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to create a new account.
• You must be accessing Luckey97 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to understand the laws applicable to you.

Luckey97 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, including where the platform reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements above are not being met.

Your Luckey97 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Luckey97 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be requested at any time, including but not limited to before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds, or when Luckey97's risk management systems flag an account for review. Documents commonly requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, bank statement)

Failure to provide KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until documentation is received and verified. Luckey97 will never charge you for completing KYC and the process is entirely handled within our platform.

Luckey97 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept foreign currency. All payment methods must be registered in your own name – Luckey97 does not accept third-party payments and will return funds that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are generally processed within the timeframes shown above, subject to KYC verification being complete. Luckey97 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may charge their own fees which are outside our control.

Where Luckey97 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit was made fraudulently, through a stolen payment method, or in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to reverse the deposit, withhold withdrawal processing, and close the associated account pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers on Luckey97 are subject to the general bonus terms below as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific terms will take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus of up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement on all Luckey97 bonuses is 15x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 15,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and crash games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 50%. Specific game contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that have not been claimed within 7 days of being credited, or wagering requirements that have not been met within 30 days of the bonus being awarded, will expire and be removed from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time on Luckey97. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will result in the older bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or systematic low-risk strategies designed to guarantee wagering completion without genuine gameplay risk will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or selection is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets above this limit placed while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

All bets placed on Luckey97 – whether sports bets, esports bets, live casino wagers, or crash game stakes – are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, alter, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform. It is your responsibility to check all bet details before confirming.

The minimum stake across all Luckey97 betting products is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by product, market, and account tier. Luckey97 reserves the right to limit or restrict any player's maximum stake at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

For sports and esports betting, the following settlement rules apply:

• Results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or tournament organiser.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• For in-play bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply. Subsequent movements in the market will not affect accepted bets.
• Where a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will stand. Beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided.
• Luckey97 reserves the right to void bets where odds were published due to a manifest error (incorrect team listed, obviously wrong odds that do not reflect the true market).

For casino and crash games including Aviator, the game provider's rules apply in addition to these general terms. All game outcomes on certified Luckey97 products are generated by independently audited random number generators. The platform does not manipulate game outcomes.

Luckey97 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. We believe that gaming should always be entertaining, and we recognise that for some individuals it can become problematic. We have built tools into the platform to help players manage their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. You will receive a notification when your session time is approaching and will be automatically logged out when it expires.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from Luckey97 for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you cannot log in or place bets.
